The questions we get asked before picking a plan
What does “annual commitment” mean?
The prices shown by default are per-month prices with a one-year commitment, the equivalent of two months free compared with the no-commitment monthly rate. The toggle at the top of the table shows both prices: the choice is yours.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Every plan comes with an upfront allowance of AI credits, sized to comfortably cover normal usage. If you do run out, add extra credits (€1 / 500 credits) or move up to the next plan. Either way, your budget keeps working as usual: the AI assistant is an accelerator, not a requirement.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, the moment the need appears. To downgrade during an annual commitment, write to us: we look at your situation rather than pointing at a clause.
Can I add users?
Yes, on every paid plan: each extra user costs €5 / month, beyond the users already included in your plan. The Free plan stays single-user.
What happens to my budget if I stop paying?
It doesn't disappear. You move back to the Free plan and your data remains accessible read-only: your numbers belong to you. For anything specific (several budgets, an export you need), get in touch: we'll find a clean way out.
Who is the Max plan for?
For people steering several budgets at once: multi-team leadership, a portfolio of projects, a research lab with multiple funders. Up to 10 budgets (plans) and 10 users included, unlimited dashboards, plus one hour of personalised advisory included to get you off to a strong start.
